Address Verification/Alternate Shipping Address 

 Address verification is a precautionary measure we take to ensure your safety and prevent fraud. Phone and online shopping does not allow us to request traditional forms of identification, e.g. a driver's license, like a standard walk-in retail outlet. Instead we conduct address verification though your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identity and verify the validity of your purchase, thereby ultimately protecting your credit. 

Both your billing and shipping addresses are verified before an order ships. If you would like to ship to an address other than your billing address, it is best to contact your card issuing bank and have your shipping address added as an alternate shipping address to your card. Simply let the card issuer know that you are placing a phone/online order and the retailer needs to verify the address before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraudulent activity.

If your billing and shipping address do not match, we may require additional information to process your order. If we contact you for additional information and do not get a response within 48 hours we will ship the merchandise to the "bill-to" address. Orders requiring additional information may not only delay shipment, but we may sell out of the item prior to receiving the necessary information from you.

Orders with the same billing and shipping address or an alternate shipping address recognized by the card issuer will ship the quickest. 

Pre-Orders
Coupon codes cannot be applied to pre-order items. Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers. Pre-order items are sold on a first come first serve basis. We will charge your card for the full amount when the order is placed. We will accept cancellations on preorder items, but for online credits only that can be used on future purchases. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund.


Online Credits
Within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of returned items, a customer will be issued an online credit. It is valid for one year from the date issued and can be used to purchase products on shopcharligirls.com.

To use your online credit, simply place a new order and in the comments section during checkout simply write "PLEASE APPLY MY ONLINE CREDIT." The total amount of your order will be adjusted once we receive the order, it will not be reflected on your order until we adjust it.


Cancellations
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

Please note, refunds are not allowed. All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Allowable returned items will be given an online store credit only, no exceptions.


Shopcharligirls.com prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with an online store credit, good for 1 year, or exchange, less shipping costs. Please do not return any sale or "FINAL SALE" merchandise, as you will not be given a store credit. Should you notice a shipping error you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Items received after the 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted back.

A shipping fee of $6.95 will be charged for exchanges. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order, those orders that originally shipped for free will be charged as well; $9.95 for U.S. orders. Returns will be processed within 5 - 7 business days.

Please note on returns for different sizes or colors the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges. Items purchased online may not be returned to our retail stores.

Returns must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. Shopcharligirls.com will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.

We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.

International Returned/Refused Shipments - If you decide to return or refuse any shipments from shopcharligirls.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to shopcharligirls.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.

If a family member makes a purchase without the credit card holder's authorization, shopcharligirls.com is not responsible for any refunds or returns. The cardholder will have to dispute the charge with their credit card company or with the family member who placed the order, and take any necessary precautions so that this will not happen.
